Frances Tiafoe's girlfriend, Ayan Broomfield, recently shared her uplifting experience of returning to the tennis court. Broomfield is also a tennis player like her boyfriend, Tiafoe, although she is not active on the WTA Tour.
She was actively involved in college tennis at Clemson University and the University of California, and she made her WTA debut at the 2014 Coupe Banque Nationale. Broomfield reached a career-high ranking of 680 in singles and 467 in doubles in 2015.
On Tuesday, the Canadian posted a video of herself standing by the court. This time, however, she wasn’t there to cheer on her boyfriend but was instead making a few videos of herself on the court after a practice session.
In the caption of the post, she wrote:
“I just hit and felt ZERO pain for the first time in like two years omg”
The couple have been together since 2015 after meeting through a mutual friend. Over the years, Broomfield has been one of Tiafoe's most enthusiastic supporters, rooting for him from the stands during his matches.
Frances Tiafoe spoke about the jewelry gift he received from Ayan Broomfield - “My girlfriend gave it to me for Christmas one time”
