Novak Djokovic has dominated the tennis landscape over the last 15 years, putting his name on many historic records on the ATP Tour. However, there have been blemishes on the Serb's career, notably against the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and most recently Jannik Sinner.

Only a handful of players have managed to form a winning streak against Novak Djokovic during his illustrious tennis career, with only six stars being able to win at least three consecutive matches against the former World No. 1. The first such streak happened way back in 2006 and the latest occurred during the 2024 Shanghai Masters.

With that said, let's take a look at all the players who have three consecutive wins against the Serb on the ATP Tour.

#6 Jannik Sinner

Jannik Sinner is the latest entrant on this list after his triumph over Novak Djokovic at the 2024 Shanghai Masters. The Italian faced zero break-points en route to his win in Shanghai and became the first player to beat the Serb twice in a row without facing a break-point.

Sinner had previously defeated the 24-time Grand Slam champion in the semifinals of the 2024 Australian Open over four sets, and semifinals of the 2023 Davis Cup in a tight three-set contest. With his win at the Shanghai Masters, the Italian leveled the head-to-head score against the Serb 4-4.

Andy Murray got the better of Novak Djokovic 11 times in his career. Three of those wins came in a row, stretched over 2008 and 2009. The Brit defeated the Serb for the first time in his career in the quarterfinals of the 2008 Canadian Open.

Murray then notched his second and third victory over Djokovic in the following contests between the duo at the 2008 Cincinnati Open and 2009 Miami Open. The last two matches were finals, and all three wins were in straight sets for Andy Murray.

French legend Jo-Wilfried Tsonga made his way onto this list after winning four matches in a row over Novak Djokovic in 2008 and 2009. The first win came in the final of the ATP 250 Bangkok Open in 2008. This was followed by a third round triumph for Tsonga at the 2008 Paris Masters, a tournament which he went on to win.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga won his third consecutive match over the Serb during the round-robin stage at the 2008 ATP Finals, then called the Tennis Masters Cup. The last victory of this streak for the Frenchman came in the semifinals of the ATP 250 Marseille Open in 2009.

Andy Roddick is one of the rare players to have a positive head-to-head record over Novak Djokovic after facing him nine times. The American won his first match against the Serb in the 2008 Dubai Tennis Championships and picked up four more wins consecutively.

The first victory in this streak came in the quarterfinals of the 2009 Australian Open. This result was followed by three more quarterfinal triumphs at the Masters 1000 tournaments in Indian Wells and Canada in 2009 and Cincinnati in 2010. The last three wins were in straight sets.

Rafael Nadal has the most successful record against Novak Djokovic, beating the Serb on 29 occasions on the ATP Tour. In fact, the Spaniard got the better of the Serb in at least three consecutive matches five separate times. The first streak came in 2007 at the quarterfinals of the Italian Open and semifinals of the Roland Garros and Wimbledon.

The next three-match winning series' for Nadal came at Masters 1000 in Hamburg, Roland Garros, and Queen's Club Championships in 2008.
