World No. 76 Aleksandar Kovacevic will square off against Dominic Stricker in the first round of the Stockholm Open.

Kovacevic has had an ordinary season so far, with nine wins from 20 matches, including runs to the Los Cabos Open and Hall of Fame Open quarterfinals. Also, he reached the third round of the Citi Open in Washington, where he lost to Frances Tiafoe in three sets.

The American will enter Stockholm on the back of early exits in New York, Chengdu, and Shanghai. He was beaten by Terence Atmane in the first round of the Shanghai Masters 6-4, 7-6(4).
