After the successful logo launch of 2018 Tata Open Maharashtra by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, tickets for India’s only ATP World Tour event are now officially available for passionate tennis fans in the country.
Kyazoonga has been chosen as the ticketing partner for the inaugural Tata Open Maharashtra in Pune. The tournament is scheduled to be held at the Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex in Balewadi from December 30 to January 6.
Speaking on partnering Kyazoonga for ticketing, Tata Open Maharashtra tournament director Prashant Sutar said, “We are very excited to bring this coveted tournament to Maharashtra and we are confident of the support we will get from Pune, Maharashtra and other parts of the country. Fan engagement had already begun well before the launch with ticket alert signups being promoted on the online and offline spaces. Thousands of tennis enthusiasts across India signed up for receiving exclusive alerts about the tickets and the event.

The tournament started in 1996 and was held in Chennai for the past 21 years. This year, it was announced that the tournament will be shifted to Pune in Maharashtra. World number six Marin Cilic, US open finalist Kevin Anderson and Croatian Ivo Karlovic are among the top names to feature in this year’s competition.
It has attracted a number of international tennis giants over the years with the likes of Rafael Nadal, Milos Raonic, Stanislas Wawrinka and Carlos Moya participating and competing at India’s premier ATP event.
