Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian expressed his joy at Angel City FC star Alyssa Thompson’s recognition of teammate Christen Press for her exceptional mentorship.

Djokovic then teamed up with Hamad Medjedovic to defeat Thanos and Petros Tsitsipas 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 in the doubles match.
In the final match, Dusan Lajovic was forced to retire after winning the first set against Demetris Azoides, giving Greece their sole point.
