Rafael Nadal practiced for his comeback at the Nordea Open in Bastad, joined by his son, Rafa Jr., and wife, Maria Francisca Perello. In a video shared online, the Spaniard can be seen smiling at his family and tossing a ball to Rafa Jr.

Nadal, who last played against Alexander Zverev in the French Open first round, will face Leo Borg, son of tennis legend Bjorn Borg, in his first-round match on July 15. The former World No. 1 will also play doubles with Casper Ruud, starting against Guido Andreozzi and Miguel Reyes-Varela.

Barbora Krejcikova concluded her dream run at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships by defeating seventh seed Jasmine Paolini 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 in the final on July 13.
Following her victory, Krejcikova was accompanied by Wimbledon chairwoman Debbie Jevans to the ladies' section of the Wimbledon Wall of Champions. Upon seeing the name of her late coach and 1998 champion Jana Novotna, Krejcikova broke down in tears.
Barbora Krejcikova also reached the doubles quarterfinals with partner Laura Siegemund, where they lost 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-4 to second-seeded pair Erin Routliffe and Gabriela Dabrowski on July 10.
Carlos Alcaraz follows in Rafael Nadal’s footsteps as second Spanish man to reach multiple Wimbledon finals
Carlos Alcaraz has become only the second Spanish man after compatriot Rafael Nadal to make it to multiple Wimbledon finals. Alcaraz achieved this by defeating fifth seed Daniil Medvedev 6-7(1), 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 to advance into the final where he will face Novak Djokovic in a rematch of last year's championship match.
Nadal reached back-to-back Wimbledon finals in 2006 and 2007, losing both to Roger Federer. The Spaniard avenged these losses in 2008 when he won his first Wimbledon title by beating Federer in the final. The 22-time Grand Slam champion reached two more Wimbledon finals, winning one in 2010 against Tomas Berdych and losing the other in 2011 to Novak Djokovic.
The former World No. 1 praised Alcaraz for advancing to his second consecutive Wimbledon final by resharing a clip from the tournament's official Instagram account on his story with a string of applause emoji.
Roger Federer enjoys family time at Coldplay concert in Rome
Roger Federer received a humorous shoutout from Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin, who serenaded him with a special song during the 'Music of The Spheres - World Tour' concert in Rome, which the Swiss attended with his family.
Federer and his wife Mirka were spotted dancing and enjoying the show with their twin daughters, Myla and Charlene, and twin sons, Leo and Lenny.

Noticing the tennis legend in the audience, Chris Martin dedicated a song to Federer.
"Hold on, who is the sexy guy?" Chris Martin said.
"Roger, my beautiful brother, who is the greatest tennis player of all time. You were so good at sports, but who would have thought that you would show up looking so beautiful and fine?” Martin sang.
Roger Federer recently attended American singer Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert in Zurich with his wife, children, and parents Lynette and Robert.
