#1 Novak Djokovic (5 titles; 50-9 win-loss record)
Novak Djokovic became the first player to win five Indian Wells titles when he beat Andy Murray in the 2016 final to win his third consecutive title at the tournament. He joined Federer as the only players to achieve a 'three-peat' at Indian Wells.
After falling to Rafael Nadal in his first Masters 1000 final in 2007, the 32-year-old Serb has lifted Indian Wells titles in 2008, 2011 and 2014-16, beating Federer in three-set finals in 2014-15.
With a 50-9 win-loss record, Djokovic has the best success rate of any player to have triumphed at Indian Wells.
