1. John Isner (911 aces in 56 matches)
There really should be no surprise here as to who the winner is.
It’s the top-ranked American in the world – John Isner.
Isner at 6’10” and 108 kg brings down the sledgehammer to knock aces down the court with astonishing ease. Isner is ranked 14th in the world currently, but is clearly ahead of everyone else in the ace count with 911 aces to his name.
The top three – Isner, Raonic, Anderson – have in fact all played the same number of matches, and it is an even better illustration of the trio’s exploits with all of them at level pegging.
Isner, who was already 6’3” at the age of 16 loves playing poker, golf, basketball and watching ESPN and he is averaging a staggering 16.26 aces per game.
Isner has said that if he wasn’t a tennis player, he’d be a basketball player.
