The $75 million prize pool is a fifteen percent increase from 2023. The United States Tennis Association has verified this, which means it will have the biggest prize pool ever in a year when the competition celebrates over 50 years of equal compensation for men's and women's circuits.

In 1973, the US Open was the first competition to award the champions of the men's and women's events the same amount of prize money, $25,000. Fifty-one years later, both men’s and women’s singles winners receive a $3.6 million payout.

All participants in the tournament's main draw get a minimum check for $100,000. The men's and women's runner-up each receive $1.8 million. Semi-finalists in the main draw receive $1 million, while quarter-finalists receive $530,000.

The rewards for the preliminary rounds of the main draw were $100,000 for the first round and $140,000 for the second. The prize money for each doubles championship duo in the tournament is $750,000, and the winners individually get $375,000. Meanwhile, mixed doubles champions pocket $200,000 between them.
