Holger Rune of Denmark is the highest-ranked Danish tennis player in the ATP singles rankings. He is ranked No. 16 in singles as of July 2024 and achieved his career-high ranking of World No. 4 in August 2023.
Rune has four ATP singles titles, including the prestigious Paris Masters in 2022, where he defeated Novak Djokovic in the final. He also reached the quarterfinals of the 2022 French Open, the 2023 Wimbledon, and the 2023 French Open. He registered his 100th win at the 2024 Open Sud de France, defeating Pablo Llamas Ruiz in round 16.
