Toss Sportz Eventz organized second edition of 'Femme Sporting Series' on occasion of International Women’s Day

Toss Sportz Eventz, a Chennai based sports events company organized organized “Corporate Chucks“, an inter-corporate women’s throw ball event. On March 09, 2014 in Chennai.

The event is a part of the second edition of FSS [Femme Sporting Series]. The initiative was launched on occasion of International women’s day. The first edition of FSS happened during march 2013.

Femme Sporting Series is a series of sporting events for the women targeting the school, college and the corporate audience. The main aim of the initiative is to promote sporting participation among women.

Speaking on the initiative, M.Rajalingam, founder-director of “toss sportz eventz” said, “As a part of this initiative, we organized “Corporate chucks“, an inter-corporate women’s throw ball event. We are happy that “Corporate chucks” happened successfully. We will be further organizing events in the categories of badminton, table tennis, basketball, swimming and also football. “Femme sporting series” will be providing a series of weekend sporting events targeting female players of corporate, school and college audience.”

The event was held on March 9, 2014 in Chennai. The event had participation of throwball teams from the corporate houses in Chennai. The tournament happened with great enthusiasm as teams like Cognizant, Zoho Corp, Dimensions Fitness, Danfoss, Scio Inspire etc. participated.

M.Rajalingam, also said, “Another aspect behind the corporate events is that they serve as the ideal platform for the busy executives to relive their school and college days. The tournament will be able to create a stress free environment for relaxed interaction away from the pressures of work place and in the process has led to team building and camaraderie within the employees of the companies.”
