1) Phoebe Forrester
In 2008 on The Bold and the Beautiful, Phoebe found out about Rick's affair with her mother, Taylor, and her twin sister, Steffy, and decided to confront him. While driving, the fight between her and Rick turned ugly, and she took a wrong turn, which led to her accident.
