Joshua Hoffman plays RJ, the son of the power couple Brooke and Ridge, in The Bold and the Beautiful. RJ is called so, as he's named Ridge Jr. Forrester. He joined the soap in 2023 and has been around for a year.
However, his performance has impressed the soap's viewers. He was seen as Luna's romantic interest on The Bold and the Beautiful. However, with Luna said to be exposed as the evil villain who held his half-sister hostage, RJ must choose a side.

1) Baseball is Joshua's first love
The Bold and the Beautiful actor Joshua Hoffman played baseball since he was young. His family expected him to pursue the game and play for the major leagues.
Joshua used to practice baseball for hours on weekdays and play for travel baseball teams on weekends. His father supported him by driving him on weekends to his games. Primarily a pitcher, he loved to play centrefield.
He believes baseball was the reason behind his acting career, telling Soap Opera Digest that the intensity of his baseball practice and games was leaving him exhausted. Noticing his burnout, Joshua's mother suggested that he act in a play for a change. The 12-year-old found the suggestion interesting.
2) The Bold and the Beautiful's RJ can play the guitar and the piano
Joshua started developing an interest in music when young. He started by playing the piano and the guitar and also wrote songs on the guitar.
By the age of 14, he bought Logic Pro X on his computer and started making digital music. His enthusiasm towards music increased to include books on theories of music, and he spent hours studying music and loved it.
