Lisa Yamada plays Luna on The Bold and the Beautiful. The character arrived on the soap in September 2023 as a young design intern at Forrester Creations and is Dr. Li Finnegan's niece.
Initially, playing a meek college student with big dreams in the fashion industry, she was soon seen tying up with RJ and Zende in the soap. The Bold and the Beautiful also presented her mother, Poppy, developing a romantic relationship with Bill Spencer Jr.
In her one year on The Bold and the Beautiful, Yamada's character, Luna, seemed to be hiding a secret. She hinted at worrying about her biological father and her unexpected pregnancy in the story arc. While her paternity disclosed recently found Bill to be her father, two more follow-up paternity tests failed, leaving the scenario in some ambiguity.
However, in a turn of events on The Bold and the Beautiful, Luna recently spiked Steffy's drink, leaving her unconscious. This was when Steffy saw her getting romantically close to Bill and deducing that Luna may have been behind the deaths of Tom and Hollis. Moreover, Steffy asked Luna upfront whether she was the kind of person who ruthlessly acquired all they wanted including money, power, and love.
