Brady Black has recently found love with Ava Vitali, which he is trying to keep a secret from Kirsten Dimera. The latter may still hope to reunite with Brady after he persuaded her to give Sarah the regenerative serum by Dr. Rolf. As such, Kristen may jeopardize Brady's new romance.

Moreover, Brady may be trying to hand out Christmas gifts for his and Kirsten's daughter, Rachel. However, Kirsten would derail his plan if she found out. Brady will also pay a visit to Marlena Evans, who may be feeling lonely this Christmas as John Black is away on his mission.

On another side of the city, Philip Kiriakis, who is back in town to reclaim his inheritance, will ask Stephanie Johnson out on a tentative date. As teased, Stephanie may agree but will continue to pine for Alex Kiriakis in her heart. As such, Philip must protect his feelings in this relationship to avoid hurt.

Even though Jennifer Horton and Hope Brady do not trust Doug Williams III and even suspect him of stealing the family's heirloom necklace, Julie Williams disagrees. As the preview hints, she will invite Doug and ask him serious questions.

However, she would soon include Doug in the Horton family tradition of celebrating by hanging Horton ornaments. She will ask him to get his own ornament to adorn the tree. As for others, Eli and Lani Grant will be celebrating Christmas with their newborn twins. Abe Carver and Paulina Price will be joining them on the happy occasion.

On the other hand, Holly Jonas and Tate Black seem to have carved out loving moments to spend together before Tate declares his love for her. However, Holly is yet to know about Tate's secret trip out of town for Sophia's abortion. By the end of the week, Holly will likely arrive to jeopardize Tate and Sophia's secret plans.
