Brady Black on the Peacock soap opera Days of Our Lives is played by Eric Martsolf. The character was first introduced on May 19, 1992, as the son of John Black (played by Drake Hoegstyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Until 2000, the character was played by several child actors, after which he went through Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome (SORAS).
From 2000 to 2005, Kyle Lowder played the role of Brady Black on Days of Our Lives. Later, Eric Martsolf took over the role. Brady’s storyline on the show has gone through many troubles, with him being the troublemaker. He has been an alcoholic on and off throughout this time, which has made his parents worried about him.
Brady’s alcoholism on Days of Our Lives gets him into some or the other problem, and this time, he has landed up in a big mess as he is blamed for running off the car on Sarah Horton (played by Lindsey Godfrey), which has left her paralyzed. However, this is not true, as the accident was done by Brady’s new lover, Fiona Cook, who set him up to save herself from the allegation.
Days of Our Lives: Will Brady Black confess to the crime he didn’t commit?
Previously, on Days of Our Lives, viewers saw that while Brady Black was highly intoxicated and passed out in his car, Fiona Cook took the charge to drive them to her house. While driving through Salem, Fiona hit Sarah with her car, which left Sarah’s lower half paralyzed.
Brady, who had passed out that night, could not remember anything, and as usual, cunning Fiona Cook took advantage of it. She put Brady in the driving seat as they escaped the crime scene to make him believe that he was responsible for Sarah’s condition.
In his guilt, Brady is about to confess, even though he can’t clearly remember what happened that night and if he is the culprit. Before Brady could confess, the Black family returns to Salem to support their loved one and help him through the tough times.
John Black and Marlena Evans are there to stop Brady from confessing to law enforcement until he is sure about what happened the night of the accident. Brady would have done the right thing if he had been the real culprit, and because of this uncertainty, John wants his son to rethink his decision.
John also tries to make Brady confess that Fiona Cook was with him during the night accident. But will he be able to convince Brady?
Not just his parents but also Brady’s half-brother Eric Brady (played by Greg Vaughan) arrives in Salem. Eric arrives at his mother's to talk about Brady’s situation, as he has also been in something similar in the past and killed someone.
The past was scratched, creating new trouble as Eric’s stepdaughter, Holly Jonas (played by Ashley Puzemis), got to know that he was responsible for the death of her real father and Sarah Hortan’s brother, Daniel Jonas (played by Shawn Christian).
On the other hand, the episodes aired between September 2, 2024, and September 6, 2024, show Sarah Hortan remembering something from the night of the accident. Still, it is unclear if that could prove Brady’s innocence.
