Days of Our Lives spoilers: What will happen to Victor’s Will?

Fans of Days of Our Lives are in for another twist as the recently finalized inheritance dilemma from Victor's Will may be challenged again. The spoilers hint at another beneficiary contesting the Will by which Victor Kiriakis divided his fortune between Maggie and Xander. The Will is likely to be re-read and re-evaluated when the as-yet-unknown heir is revealed.

Days of Our Lives viewers may remember that Victor's Will already had one inheritance issue when Theresa manipulated the evidence letter to prove Alex as Victor's heir. However, Fiona, the writer of the letter, arrived at Xander's wedding and proved that the real heir was Xander. This cut out Alex from the Will and Xander became the company's CEO.

With the newly found heir busy adapting to his new role, another contender for the company's ownership will complicate matters. However, the identity of the new contender on Days of Our Lives is as yet unknown.

Days of Our Lives: Victor's Will is likely to be re-evaluated

As the spoilers suggest, if another claimant challenges Victor's Will and Xander's inheritance, the Will will need to be re-read. Since, as of now, half of Victor's fortune is with Xander, who also holds the position of Titan's CEO.

The other half, given to Maggie, was distributed by the benevolent lady to all Victor's other relatives and children who she thought fit. The re-evaluation of the Will may question the inheritance for many of the family members and rock the proverbial boat.

Days of Our Lives: Analyzing the new challenger of Victor's Will

As mentioned before, Alex Kiriakis was made to believe that he was Victor's heir. However, Fiona's declaration proved that Xander was Victor's heir. As such, Alex, who went back to his father, Justin, is not likely to contest the terms of Victor's Will.

New viewers of Days of Our Lives may not remember two other relatives of Victor, Bo Brady and Philip Kiriakis. Bo Brady has been in a coma since 2023, with no recent updates about his waking up. Therefore, Bo is unlikely to contest the Will.

On the other hand, Victor and Kate's son, Philip, was always interested in Titan. He had clashed with Brady Black, Xander Kiriakis, and Deimos Kiriakis. His long-term love for Chloe kept him on edge and running into other temporary romantic alliances. When he suspected an intimacy between Brady and Chloe while being ousted from Titan, he faked his death and framed Brady for his "murder," in a fit of rage.

At the time, Victor and Kate were aware that Philip had faked his death and wanted to remain "dead." As such, when Victor, played by the late Jon Aniston, wrote his Will, he believed Philip wanted to keep his status as dead. That explains why Philip was not mentioned in Victor's inheritance testament.

Moreover, Kate had mentioned that she and Victor had created a separate trust to keep Philip financially stable. However, now the prodigal son may return home claiming a change in situations and demand his rightful share.

Salem is also awaiting visits from new characters such as Gabi and Rafe's cousin, Javi Hernandez, and Joy Wesley, who is Nancy and Craig's daughter. It is unclear whether either of the two characters can have any connection to Victor's family tree. Additionally, the Days of Our Lives storyline may bring in an unexpected character to contest the said Will.
