Days of Our Lives spoilers: Will Brady sacrifice himself for Sarah Kiriakis to walk again?

Brady Black is out of prison, and his name cleared on Days of Our Lives for Sarah's accidental injury. With the real culprit, Xander's mother, Fiona Cook, exposed, Sarah and Brady connected at an altruistic level. Brady forgave Sarah for naming him, claiming he understood the reason behind her lying. The soap's spoilers suggest Brady will go a step further and set himself as bait to help with Sarah's experimental treatment.

Days of Our Lives, the long-running NBC daily soap, has been airing since November 1965. The soap moved on to its streaming partner, Peacock, in 2022 and has continued to air there every weekday. The soap's plot involves interactive dynamics between a few resident families in the fictional place of Salem.

Sarah Horton-Kiriakis met with an accident on August 13, 2024, when she crashed into a car driven by Fiona Cook and ended up in a wheelchair. Although she remembered who was driving the car by the start of October, she took her time to reveal the truth. However, Brady remembered, and his step-brother, Eric, helped free him.

The episode, dated October 21, 2024, found Sarah Kiriakis, played by Linsey Godfrey, waiting for Brady at Salem Police Department. As the latter was officially released, the two went into the conference room to talk. Sarah revealed that she had to blame him to stop Xander from committing any violent crime.

While Brady Black, played by Eric Martsolf, forgave Sarah, he wanted to know why she recanted her statement later. Sarah informed him that she and Xander received an offer to try an experimental drug to cure her semi-paralysis if they let Brady go free. Brady Black guessed the originator of such an offer.

How is Brady likely to help Sarah on Days of Our Lives?

Kristen DiMera offered the experimental serum to Xander for Sarah's condition in exchange for Brady's freedom. However, when she learned that Brady had remembered everything from the night of the accident and Xander and Sarah did not have much to do with his release, she refused to hand over the serum.

Kristen, played by Stacy Haiduk, changed the rules and asked for Titan's rights to swap against the treatment. While Xander Kiriakis, played by Paul Tefler, refused to hand over his family business to the DiMera CEO, he is likely to find the deal tempting if he wants to see Sarah on her feet again.

As per spoilers, Xander will continue to consider the deal, while Sarah and Justin Kiriakis will dissuade him. This is where Brady may come in handy if he decides to sacrifice himself for his friend, Sarah.

Brady knows Kristen wants him back, and he may employ this to offer a new deal. He may offer to move back with Kristen and be a family with their daughter if she gives Sarah the serum in exchange. While Kristen may find this barter desirable, Brady may want to ensure the serum works before he commits himself to the relationship.

As such, even though his family, including Marlena, does not like Kristen's presence in Brady's life, Brady will likely make this sacrifice for Sarah's betterment.
