Days of Our Lives brought the first week of November to a close with much drama and romance peppered into the storyline. Rafe was seen proposing to Jada after she arrested Vivian for her crimes. Meanwhile, Brady spent some time with his daughter and Kristen.
Holly and Tate tried mending their differences but still found themselves at odds with each other after Tate's confession regarding Sophia. Xander and Philip were no closer to resolving their strife with each other.

Xander and Philip had a heated confrontation where the former pulled a gun on his brother. Thankfully, it was an unloaded gun that did the Kiriakis sibling no damage. Meanwhile, Vivian and Kate had a conversation, with the former offering Kate enough money to finance the production of Body and Soul.
Brady shared some family time with Kristen and their daughter Rachel. On the other hand, Sophia and Ava discussed the night the former had with Tate, while Holly spoke to Tate and asked him to forgive her and resume their relationship.
Tuesday, November 5: Paths of Love
Tate talked about his situation with Holly and Sophia to his father, Brady, who advised him to follow his heart. He decided to get back together with Holly but faced the obstacle of her getting upset when he revealed he'd slept with Sophia one night.
Rafe told Gabi and his cousin Javi that he planned to propose to Jada. Meanwhile, Jada had a task of her own to complete as she arrested Vivian on Kate's tip-off.
Wednesday, November 6: A Romantic Proposal
Gabi discovered the note that Ivan had left, pretending that Stefan had left town. She thought he blamed her and did not want to stay married, prompting Gabi to sign the divorce papers. Rafe proposed to Jada after a panic about Vivian's arrest, and she said yes.
Mark and Cat remained in prison, worried about their fates. Meanwhile, Chad kept thinking back to everything that happened in Paris. At the end of the episode, Chad asked EJ to do whatever he wanted with Mark, but to drop all charges against Cat.
Thursday, November 7: Notoriety is Afoot
Johnny spent some time with Chanel, hoping she might forgive him for assuming she was cheating on him with Alex. However, the date soon turned uncomfortable for him as Nancy and Joy walked in and conversed with the couple.
Meanwhile, Rafe and Jada shared news of their engagement with their families and loved ones. However, after hearing of Gabi and Stefan's divorce, they decided to keep their celebrations a little low-key. Gabi noticed Javi getting close to Leo and warned him to stay away from the Salem troublemaker.
Friday, November 8: Anniversary Preparations
Belle and Paul were seen returning to town and popping by Marlena's house to help her prepare for her anniversary. Paul also used his time to propose to Andrew, who joyfully accepted.
Sarah and Maggie talked about Victor, with Sarah bringing a small gift to cheer Maggie up. Julie felt her old memories of Doug returning to her as she went through her pictures with him. Meanwhile, things remained awkward between Tate and Holly after he confessed to her.
