Xander confronted his mother, Fiona, about what happened with Sarah, admitting he had completely lost trust in her. Meanwhile, Brady thanked Eric for helping him realize his innocence.
On the sets of Body and Soul, Johnny suspected Chanel of sleeping with Alex, fuelling his anger and jealousy. Unaware of this, Alex and Stephanie remained in their own world, trying to maintain a friendship despite all indications of romance.
Wednesday, October 16: Suspects and Suspicion
Chanel found out about Alex and Stephanie's situation and asked Alex to keep it from Johnny for the time being. However, after hearing this sentence out of context, Johnny's suspicions about Alex and Chanel end up deepening.
"Abigail" felt guilty about fooling and marrying Chad, but his consoling words put her at ease. Even as Steve realized that "Abigail" was pretending, Mark solidified his murderous plans, with Chad as the target.
Thursday, October 17: A Question to Answer
JJ Devereaux arrived in Paris as the officiant for "Abigail" and Chad's wedding.An offhand comment from Holly about Abigail and JJ caught Chad off guard at the wedding. Meanwhile, Tate spent some time with Sophia, fondly admiring her.
Fiona and Brady discussed the night of the accident, and he vented his anger at her. Sarah and Xander hoped that EJ might do the right thing after revealing the truth to him.
Friday, October 18: I Object!
Sophia and Tate made plans for a date. Meanwhile, Kayla hoped that the word would reach Chad in time about how "Abigail" was actually an imposter.
In Paris, Chad questioned "Abigail" what Holly meant about her being on the phone with JJ. He assumed that "Abigail" was hiding something, just as Mark burst in with a gun. Mark said he would have to kill Chad but was stopped in time by Steve, who told Chad the truth about Abigail.
