Days of Our Lives followed an interesting storyline from September 9 to 13, 2024, as another villainess week came to an end. The show mainly focused on the aftermath of Sarah's accident and its repercussions.
Brady decided to take up the blame for the accident, even though his family rallied around him and convinced him to fight the allegations. Meanwhile, Fiona did everything to avoid suspicion falling on her.
On the other hand, Holly confronted Eric about the accident that killed her father Daniel in the past. In her anger, she even berated EJ for dropping the case against Brady.

Monday, September 9 - Brady takes up the mantle
Fiona tried to smother Sarah in her sleep, in an effort to keep her quiet and stop her from remembering anything about the accident. Meanwhile, Brady told his attorney Justin that he was ready to take accountability for the accident and do jail time, even though he wasn't sure he was the one who crashed the car.
On the other hand, after Tate's accidental slip, Holly confronted Eric about killing her father Daniel in a similar car crash. Some of her frustration also came from the fact that her mother Nicole left Holly behind in Salem, to start a life in Paris with Eric and Jude.
Tuesday, September 10 - Connie and her schemes
Paulina and Gabi met by an unconscious Rafe's bedside and had a little confrontation. Gabi ranted about her frustrations but then apologized to Paulina for losing her temper.
Meanwhile, Stefan and EJ walked on thin ice around each other, following EJ's affair with Gabi. Stefan also found solace in the support that Ava provided, thanking her for being a good friend.
Connie still held Melinda captive, as Jada started to get suspicious about what was going on and decided to investigate, making it to the door of Connie's apartment. Meanwhile, Connie showed up at Gabi’s office, hiding a knife.
Wednesday, September 11 - Rafe's awakening
Rafe gained consciousness, much to the relief of Gabi, Jada, and the doctors at the hospital. His memory seemed hazy after his stabbing. Meanwhile, Connie seemed visibly concerned, after her failed attempt to attack Gabi, and after Rafe woke up.
On the other hand, Chad and Stephanie had a conversation about Abigail. She warned Chad not to keep high hopes about Abigail's memory coming back. At home, Abigail has a conversation with Steve and realizes he might figure out her secret.
Thursday, September 12 - Holly's anger
In her fury, Holly offered to help EJ find evidence against Brady, that would help put him behind bars. Tate wondered whether his girlfriend was channeling the heartbreak from Eric's revelation into her feelings for Brady.
Further, Xander unleashed his own anger at Brady, who showed up to apologize to Sarah at the Kiriakis house. Sarah gave Brady no reaction before she was taken to her hypnosis appointment, to remember what happened during the accident.
Friday, September 13 - Time for the revelations
Kristen urged Brady to fight for himself and his family by not giving up on his chance at an innocent plea, while Marlena started her hypnosis procedure on Sarah. With the help of Marlena, she remembered who was driving the car.
On the other hand, Xander shared a moment with his mother. It seemed to be short-lived, however, since Fiona steeled herself to tell them she had a confession to make.
