General Hospital: Lulu Spencer slated for multiple surprises in Port Charles

The General Hospital episode that aired on Monday, November 25, 2024, featured Lulu Spencer sneaking out of the hospital. She took a ride into her hometown to start reclaiming her life. However, she had no idea how long she was sleeping and may have missed vital years of her existence.

As she hitchhiked with Cody Bell, he failed to inform her of the year, only mentioning that it was November 26. She borrowed money from Cody, along with his number, to pay him back later. Upon arriving home, she walked in to find a young James who she didn't know. Although she insisted it was her house, she left after James screamed for his mother.

Next, she went to the boathouse and found Gio practicing the national anthem. During their conversation, she learned that Gio was Lois's nephew and that she was in town. Lulu then went inside the Quartermaine mansion and was shocked to hear a grown-up Rocco addressing her as "Mom," as she remembered Rocco as the small boy she knew before her coma.

To start, Lulu Spencer is likely to be shocked to know how much time has passed while she was in a coma. She will also need to come to terms with how everyone has adapted and moved on.

Lulu is yet to meet her mother Laura and brother Lucky Spencer. While she may chastise Lucky for abandoning his family for this long time, she may find it difficult to adjust to her stepfather, Kevin Collins. Laura will likely appraise her about Luke Spencer's death while she was sleeping.

Longtime General Hospital fans may remember that Lulu was trying a reconciliation with Dante Falconeri right before fainting into the coma.
