General Hospital spoilers for the next week from July 29 to August 2, 2024

General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera on the ABC network since April 1, 1963. The show is the second longest daytime show in the American soap operas after Guiding Lights. It is set in the fictional town of Port Charles and is a blend of romance, comedy, crime, and drama.

The previous week on General Hospital between July 22, 2024, and July 26, 2024, was filled with consequences of actions and plans faced by the characters on the show. In the last week, viewers saw Jason’s plan being backfired, Ava and Scott working together, the power struggle between John and Eva, and Diane warning an unidentified character. Sonny and Carly spent much time together which indicated their developing relationships.

In the upcoming week on General Hospital, the storylines from the previous week will escalate further. Carly’s future is uncertain as she goes to court, and Jason gets involved in Anna’s plan. Monday, July 29: Will Carly get arrested?

Dante, who has been trying to convince his father to hear him out, still struggles to explain his plan to Sonny, as he is not ready to listen to him. Meanwhile, things get tense as Carly gets an opportunity that could save her from going to jail, but will she be able to save herself is the real question?

As soon as Joss told Jason about Carly’s arrest, he rushed to the Port Charles Police Department. TJ seems to be confused and Alexis talks to Kristina about something important.

Tuesday, July 30: Developing bonds and heated arguments

After Carly’s arrest a day prior on General Hospital, she faces courtroom trials. The risk and tension escalate and Carly refuses the accusations made by Cates. Because of the blame that Cates has put on Carly, Sonny and Cates have a heated argument which was pending over this time. This argument might have repercussions on the case.

Anna finds out something that might help ease the ongoing trouble. Meanwhile, the closeness between Nina and Willow grows as Nina appreciates all that her daughter has done so far. After Alexis speaks to Kristina, she tries to advise Molly, which might lead to a sibling conflict.

Wednesday, July 31: Will Sonny and Anna be able to save Carly?

Because of the condition that Carly is in, Sonny loses his control over himself and out of frustration, he stops listening to people who are trying to help him get through this. Anna evaluates every aspect of the situation and comes up with a plan, which she will execute with the help of Jason.

Ava seems to be preparing herself for some bad news coming her way and Kristina and Molly try to solve their issue, which remains unresolved.

Thursday, August 1: Anger all over

Alexis is struggling with her situation with Molly, and Molly takes Sam in her confidence about how things are going between the two sisters. Brook Lynn comes up with a new plan that she tells Blaze, which might create more excitement in General Hospital.

Meanwhile, Sonny’s aggressive behavior continues just like his father and Kristina is also high on her anger. A shocking turn for Trina, as she will see something that might change things drastically.

Friday, August 2: Severe medical crisis

Joss will prove it to Carly’s daughter and will do something that might change things for her. On the other hand, Dante makes another arrest which significantly increases tension in the General Hospital.

TJ gets some news that makes him sad and makes things more complicated for him. Sonny remains furious the whole week and loses one of his closest friends because of it. In the meantime, a family in the neighborhood will face a terrible health crisis, which will leave everyone in Port Charles upset.
