General Hospital spoilers: What Nina could be warning about?

Nina Reeves from General Hospital has been on the backburner storyline recently. Other story arcs such as Lulu's return, Drew and Willow's affair, Sam's death and Ava's case have been taking centre stage. However, spoilers suggest Lulu will approach Nina about Valentin's location hoping to get back her daughter, Charlotte.

Longtime General Hospital fans may know Nina Reeves appeared in the soap's storyline in 2014 and was introduced as Dr. Silas Clay's former romantic interest who woke from a long coma. Currently played by Cynthia Watros, Nina has had connections with the powerful Cassadine and Corinthos families.

Her closeness to her stepdaughter, Charlotte, brought a truce between Charlotte's mother, Lulu Spencer, and her. The long-running ABC daily soap presents many characters who follow their own story arcs, since its premiere in April 1963. Nina Reeves has a separate story arc from that of Lulu Spencer on the soap.

General Hospital: Nina alerts a cautionary advice

As General Hospital spoilers suggest, Nina Reeves will be cautioning someone in town. While the recipient of her warnings was not visible in the preview, Lulu will likely be visiting her. On the other hand, Drew and Willow's affair is likely to reach her ears.

As viewers know, Lulu Spencer woke up from her coma after a liver transplant operation. She is busy reconnecting with her family and friends. She met her son, Rocco, but is looking for her daughter, Charlotte. She learned that Valentine Cassadine took Charlotte with him when he skipped town.

As suggested by Laura, Lulu will reach out to people who may help her get her daughter back. On one hand, Lulu may request Jason Morgan to trace and bring Charlotte as he had done for Lucky. On the other hand, she will reach out to Nina Reeves, assuming the latter would have information on Valentin's location.

The preview shows Lulu challenging Nina to prove her love for Charlotte. She is possibly asking Nina to get the girl back with her safe family and away from her crook father, Valentin. The warning Nina issued may be to Lulu about this situation.

However, Nina's forewarning could be about Drew and Willow's complicated affair. General Hospital fans know Drew Cain and Willow Tait had a secret affair that blew out of the wraps recently. Willow's husband, Michael, saw their intimate moments on the nannycam and shared his grief with Jason, who in turn, beat up Drew.

As such, the other residents would soon know about the affair. This is significant for Nina since she and Drew have been getting intimate for quite a long time. While Willow had confessed to her mother about kissing Drew, Nina is yet to know about their intimacy.

While Nina had reluctantly forgiven the kiss, she may not do so for the full-blown affair. How Nina reacts to Drew's cheating and Willow's adultery remains to be seen, particularly when Drew would be reaching out to her for help.

Nina and Drew's equation on General Hospital

Nina Reeves and Drew Cain had a physical attraction and a loveless affair for some time. Neither Nina nor Drew were emotionally or romantically committed to each other. Moreover, the duo tried to keep their affair under wraps due to their official positions.

As such, when Willow came to her mother confessing about kissing Drew despite being married to Michael Corinthos, Nina offered support and solace. She also forgave Willow's one slip. However, she advised her daughter to practise caution. However, she did not tell Willow about her own involvement with Drew.

As Maxie Jones asked, Nina was not transparent with Willow about Drew. Willow, on the other hand, took her attraction for Drew further into an intimate relationship. With Michael, Tracy, Ned, Jason and others aware of the affair, Nina is likely to be on the scene soon.

On the other hand, Drew Cain is worried about Jason moving into the Quartermaine mansion to stay close to his son Danny. Drew does not want his daughter, Scout, near Jason. But since he must move to DC, he may ask Nina's help in smoothening out this side of his life.
