On the latest episode of General Hospital, audiences saw a conversation between former supercouple Lucky Spencer and Elizabeth Webber. After his recent return to Port Charles to save his sister, Lulu, Lucky has seemed eager to jet off to Africa again to live a life of adventure.
Lucky confessed as much to Elizabeth, who was upset about his decision to leave Port Charles and go to Africa. She asked him whether he thought of his son Aiden before deciding to vanish once more. She hoped he would stay after his present return, and be a better father but clearly, her hopes were dashed.

What is Lucky Spencer and Elizabeth Webber's history on General Hospital? A brief recap
Lucky and Elizabeth first met in 1997 on the soap, outside Kelly's Diner in Port Charles. Liz started developing feelings for him as they got to know each other a little better. In 1998, Liz was s*xually harassed by an unseen attacker and went through much trauma. Lucky helped her and became her protector during this time. The couple became closer and eventually started dating in the storyline.
Lucky and Elizabeth soon became one of the super couples on the show and married twice after a split up. Their first wedding was on Spoon Island in a castle in October 2005. After a brief split, they returned to marry in 2007 at Lucky's family home. However, their second wedding did not last either, and the couple split up for good.
Despite their divorce, Lucky and Liz are an important part of each other's lives. They have shared three children during their relationship, with Lucky raising Liz's first son Cameron as his own, even though the boy's biological father was Zander Smith.
