Her three sons are named Cameron, Jake, and Aiden. While they are born from three different fathers, the three boys are incredibly close to each other. Elizabeth conceived Cameron during her affair with Zander Smith, while she had Jake as a result of a one-night incident with Jason Morgan. She had her youngest son, Aiden, with her ex-husband, Lucky Spencer.
When Elizabeth married Franco Baldwin, her sons began calling him their father but were left without a father figure after he died. Elizabeth grew close to Finn before he left for rehab and upon his return, if the two get married, the three boys might have someone else to look up to.
General Hospital: The history of Elizabeth Webber's three sons
General Hospital's Elizabeth Webber has three sons, Cameron, Jake, and Aiden, from three different relationships. She conceived Cameron during her affair with the mobster, Zander Smith, while she was married to Ric Lansing. It is worth noting that Zander was interested in Emily Quartermaine. Elizabeth and Zander had an affair as a rebound from their own uncertain relationships.
However, when Zander learned about Elizabeth's pregnancy, he signed away his parental rights to his child, while she got back with her husband, Ric. Right before Cameron's birth, the police ended up killing Zander, while Elizabeth broke up with Ric.
At the time, Elizabeth worked as a nurse and took care of Cameron all on her own. Soon, she married Lucky Spencer but had a one-night stand with her friend Jason Morgan, after finding out about Lucky's infidelity.
She got pregnant a second time as a result of the one-night stand but Lucky believed that the child was his. He raised Elizabeth's son, Jake, believing that he was the father.
On General Hospital, Lucky and Elizabeth got married and broke things off multiple times, and during one period of reconciliation, Elizabeth got pregnant. She gave birth to her third son, Aiden. However, there was confusion about his paternity, as Elizabeth wasn't sure if Lucky was the father or if it was Nikolas Cassadine.
They did a paternity test but Helena switched the test results to prove that Nikolas was the father. This led to Nikolas and Elizabeth deciding to welcome baby Aiden. However, a paternity test taken later on proved that Lucky was the father. Nikolas let go of Aiden's custody for Lucky to step into the role, but Lucky didn't stay there too long, leaving Elizabeth to take care of her sons all on her own General Hospital.
