While the soap's storyline did not give the exact birth year of Felicia, she was shown as a young woman dressed as a boy when she landed in Port Charles.
Since her grandmother gave her a family heirloom ring before she arrived in Port Charles, it is safe to assume that she might have been a young adult at the time, aged between 16 and 20 years. Felicia Cummings, played by Kristina Wagner, is an Aztec princess from Texas in General Hospital. She is from the Ramirez family and a descendant of Emperor Maximillian of Austria. After her estate was attacked by armed men following the gift of an Aztec family heirloom ring, Felicia escaped and arrived in Port Charles disguised as a boy. Her search for her family's treasure led her to interact with Port Charles residents like Robert, Sean, Holly, Anna, Laura, and Luke.
However, her romance and marriage with Frisco Jones made them a beloved super couple on the soap. However, later she married Mac Scorpio and continues to be Felicia Scorpio.

A quick look at Felicia's journey on General Hospital so far
In 1984, young Felicia arrived in Port Charles to find her family treasure. Her search led her to Frisco Jones, who had bought the ring she was looking for. After revealing her quest, Felicia, Frisco, Robert Scorpio, and Holly traveled to Mexico. She also became friends with Sean Donely, Anna Devane, and Bobbie Spencer. While continuing her treasure hunt, Felicia developed a romance with Frisco and helped him and Sean defeat the villain Mr. Wu.
Felicia and Frisco married in 1986. However, after Frisco's presumed death in 1988, a bereaved Felicia got entangled with Colton, the person who tried to kill Frisco. However, Frisco arrived just as Felicia was getting married to Colton and managed to call off the wedding.
An accident caused her to have amnesia briefly and in 1990 she married Frisco again. Surviving a kidnapping, a pregnant Felicia escaped to her grandmother's estate but had to return to Port Charles when Frisco was hurt. The couple had their first daughter, Maxie in 1991.
Unable to stand her husband's danger-ridden job, Felicia divorced Frisco and got involved with the criminal Ryan Chamberlain. After Mac Scorpio saved her, the duo got romantically involved. Mac brought Frisco back after Maxie developed Kawasaki disease. After receiving a heart transplant, Maxie recovered, bringing her parents together into a brief intimacy. This led to Felicia getting pregnant with a second daughter, Georgie, who was born after Frisco left for another assignment.
While married and divorced with Mac multiple times in General Hospital, Felicia got involved with other men such as Tom Hardy and Luke Spencer. She got back with Mac and her daughters but again left to stay with Frisco. This caused Maxie to have resentment towards her, particularly after Georgie died in 2007.

Felicia moved in and out of Port Charles over the next decade for various reasons. She came back to help Maxie with her legal issues in 2012 and later rekindled her relationship with Mac in 2013 and married him again. She was with Maxie in the car accident caused by Peter August in 2022. She hit Peter with a tire iron causing him to die of the injuries.
In July 2023 on General Hospital, she was seen breaking into the legal firm, Montgomery, Barker, and Brown, trying to break Jackson Montgomery's safe and breaking his filing cabinet to steal a file. Although arrested for the crime, Anna Devane convinced Jackson to drop the charges.
