Lucy Romalotti from The Young and the Restless was introduced to the soap in 2011. She's been played by child actors such as Monte, James, and Viviana, as well as Abigail and Olivia Moore during her appearances from 2011-2013.
Eleven years later, Lucy would return to The Young and the Restless, played by Lily Brooks O'Briant. Given that Lucy was born on January 1, 2011, she is 13 years old as of writing.
Lucy Romalotti of The Young and the Restless is the child of Daisy Carter and Daniel Romalotti, though the circumstances behind her conception were dark. Daisy had drugged Daniel and r*ped him without his consent, leading to her pregnancy that she tried to leverage to get Daniel together with her.
Daniel initially wanted nothing to do with Daisy or the child, and Daisy was arrested for her crimes. However, Daisy was eventually released and Daniel's mother wanted her to stay with them for the baby's safety, prompting him to give her a second chance.

Lucy Romalotti of The Young and the Restless was born on January 1, 2011. After Daniel allowed her mother, Daisy, to move in with him, her half-brother, Kevin Fisher, offered to raise the baby with Jana Hawkes. In exchange, they decided not to testify against Daisy in court, effectively letting her off the hook.
Daisy went into labor on New Year's Eve in 2010, and Jana drove her to the hospital, only for things to go completely awry after she caught Kevin cheating on her with Chloe Mitchell. Abandoned by Jana and left on the side of the road, Daisy went into labor and Daniel helped her birth the baby.
However, she proceeded to knock Daniel out and gave away the baby to the Church of the Sacred Heart before fleeing to Canada. The baby then found her way into the black market, where she was sold to Billy Abbott and Victoria Newman, who named her Lucy.
Phyllis later got to know about this and clashed with Billy and Victoria because she wanted Lucy back with her real family, though Daniel still harbored fears of Daisy making a return. Ultimately, Billy and Victoria lost custody of Lucy after their adoption was exposed as illegal, and Daniel took back custody of his daughter by proving his paternity.
However, he eventually agreed to voluntarily give Billy and Victoria custody of Lucy making them her legal guardians. However, this didn't go down well with Phyllis, who hatched a scheme to use Daisy as a pawn in order to retake custody of Lucy.
Daniel caught on to this plan and fled with Lucy and Daisy, but the latter vanished mid-way and ended up in a mental hospital. This prompted Daniel to get close to Heather Stevens, and he later moved in with her to Georgia to become a family and raise Lucy.
However, after returning to Genoa City in 2023, Daniel admitted that he didn't do a good job with Heather or Lucy. Smelling blood in the water, Phyllis tracked down Heather to Portugal and convinced her to come back to Genoa City with Lucy.
When Daniel was forced to face his daughter again, he opened up about his perceived failings and noticed that she was carrying a blue bracelet. She mentioned that this bracelet was his favorite color and she wore it to remember him. Daniel assured Lucy that he was in a better place, and she gave him the bracelet as a reminder to stay strong.
The Young and the Restless airs on CBS.
