Will Spencer in the show The Bold and the Beautiful is the son of Bill Spencer and Katie Logan. The first episode of Will on the show aired on April 25, 2013, and was played by child actor Zane Achor. Zane continued to play Will till June 13, 2018, followed by Finnegan George who played the role between August 15, 2018, and January 16, 2020.

The time when Will was born to Katie and Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful, was a difficult delivery because Katie had recently gone through a heart transplant when her brother’s heart was given to her. She was mentally and physically weak but somehow managed to give birth to the child. This delivery led to many postpartum reactions in Katie which also included postpartum depression.

Katie almost abandoned the child and had a near-to-death experience as she stopped taking her anti-rejection medications. All of this resulted in the separation of Katie and Bill during which Will nearly died due to choking on a coin, but was saved by Bill.

After the divorce, Katie took the custody of Will and left Bill. Bill also started ignoring Will because of his involvement with Steffy.

Katie soon married Thorne Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful who helped Katie take Will’s custody but at the same time, Will was happy with his developing bond with Bill. As soon as Katie and Thorne announced their separation and Thorne moved to Paris, Will started to wish that Bill and Katie would get back together.

In trying to make things work between his parents, Will secretly used his father's credit card to plan an expensive dinner date for both. When Katie and Bill found out about Will’s plans, they found it cute and didn’t scold him much. He kept trying to set up his parents to get back together.

Even though Katie and Bill tried to get back together things didn’t work out for much longer and they told Will that they were separating again. This was followed by another tragic incident when Katie was hospitalized for kidney failure but fortunately found a donor.

Katie was saved and Will left for the boarding school following his mother’s recovery. Now Will has returned after four years and has grown up as a teenager. Will is confused to see new members in the family as Bill is in a romantic relationship with Poppy and has also found his long-lost daughter Luna, who is living at the Spencer house.

The ongoing family dynamics at the Spencer house have created tendons between the son and the father. As the storyline develops it will be interesting for the viewers to see how things will turn out in Los Angeles.
