A recap of Sam McCall's story arc on General Hospital?

Sam McCall first appeared on October 1, 2003, and had a tumultuous journey on General Hospital. She was born to Alexis Davis but was adopted by Cody McCall, and she grew up learning the con artist’s lifestyle.

When she came to Port Charles, her life became closely connected with Jason Morgan. They formed a strong bond, broke up several times, and then found their way back to each other. Sam went through several heartbreaks, including the loss of her daughter, Baby Lila, and later found out that Alexis was her real mother.

Over the years, Sam dealt with many dangerous situations, like stalkers and kidnappings, while also raising her son, Danny. Her long-lasting love story with Jason and the complicated relationships in her family have shaped her character on the show.

Sam’s life took another turn in 2021 when she started getting closer to Dante Falconeri. After years of heartbreak with Jason, she found peace in Dante's companionship, and their bond grew stronger.

One of the key moments in Sam’s life that marked her willingness to move on in her life was when she burned things that reminded her of her past with Jason, to start fresh. She shared a kiss with Dante, marking a shift in her romantic life.

While Jason planned to marry Carly for business, Sam handled the situation calmly focusing on moving forward. Her resilience, dedication to her children, and her ability to navigate complex emotions continue to shape her story on General Hospital.

A recap of Dr. Hamilton Finn's story arc on General Hospital?

Dr. Hamilton Finn played by Michael Easton on General Hospital, was an efficient yet complex doctor, who became well-known at the hospital for his diagnosis of Tracy Quartermaine who had brain worms.

While dealing with his own illness, called Blackwood's Syndrome, Finn told Hayden Barnes about his struggle after which Hayden contracted the disease. After they were both cured, Finn and Hayden grew closer, with Hayden revealing she was pregnant. However, Hayden eventually left town, claiming she lost the baby, though Finn was unaware she hadn't.

Since then, Finn has faced many problems, like being accused of murder, being a drug addict, and having a complicated relationship with Anna Devane. Finn kept having problems in his personal and professional life.

After proposing to Anna Devane at the 2019 Nurse's Ball, his happiness was short-lived due to ongoing confrontations with dangerous enemies like Ryan Chamberlain and Dr. Arthur Cabot.

When his ex-fiancée Hayden Barnes returned to Port Charles, Finn learned about his daughter Violet, a revelation that sparked anger over Hayden's deception. His troubles got worse in 2024, culminating in heavy drinking and his resignation from General Hospital. After undergoing rehab, Finn is now on the path to recovery, ready to rebuild his life.
