Lucky Spencer is the son of Luke Spencer (played by Anthony Geary) and Laura Spencer (played by Geenie Francis). Jonathan Jackson played the role of Lucky from 1993 to 1999 and in 2009, 2011, and 2015. Jacob Young took over the role between 2000 and 2003, followed by Greg Vaughan from 2003 to 2009.

Lucky Spencer returns to General Hospital
The recent developments on General Hospital hinted at the return of Lucky Spencer starting from June 2024, as Lulu Spencer came into the focus on the show.
The character made his entry finally on August 23, 2024, as his sister Lulu's condition started worsening. From the time when Lulu met an accident in 2020, she had been in a coma, and now her condition is deteriorating as her liver is failing.
Lucky’s return has added mystery and drama to the show, as when he appeared he had handcuffs on, hinting at the possible trouble he might be into. From the time he has been gone from Port Charles, his whereabouts haven’t been brought up on the show, which leads to the speculations of Lucky following the path of his father Luke.
As Lucky Spencer returns to Port Charles, the question swirls as if he had gotten into illegal activities, which have now resulted in his arrest. The viewers are left in the dilemma of what would be his next move. Will he do something to save her sister, or will he save himself?
What happened to Lucky Spencer on General Hospital?
From a young age, Lucky Spencer had faced many challenges, including getting shot at by a dangerous mobster named Frank Smith, finding out about his half-brother Nikolas Cassadine, and dealing with his sister Lulu's life-threatening illness.
Lucky's story became more difficult when Helena Cassadine brainwashed him, due to which he could not remember who he was and his feelings for Elizabeth Webber. His journey was also filled with challenges like dealing with addiction, unsuccessful marriages, and the death of his son Jake.
In 2009, Lucky's life was completely changed when he found out that Elizabeth had an affair with his brother Nikolas, which ended their relationship and made his emotional problems even worse. Following this incident, Lucky Spencer was disheartened and left to get some time away from the complexities of Port Charles.
