“I wondered how long it was going to take before Steven was paroled,” said Scott Reeves in an interview with TV Insider published on October 9, 2024.

Steven Webber was first seen on the show in 1977 and has been played by different actors. Reeves played the role from 2009 to 2013, when Steven was the boss of the ER trauma unit. Steven's story ended when he went to prison, but now, after over a decade, he's coming back to Port Charles.
