Recently in The Bold and The Beautiful, Carter Walton, played by Lawrence Saint-Victor, has taken over Forrester Creations as the CEO on the episode of December 6, 2024, and signed his name in the LLC papers. He also made the co-CEOs Steffy and Ridge sign the papers. Hope and Carter have formed a union to take over the Forresters.

Steffy and Ridge always come back with a power-packed action plan. As many Bold and Beautiful fans know, this show has been the longest-running CBS daily show since it started airing in 1987 and revolves around the Forrester family's fashion group.

However, many fans believe that Hope and Carter's win might be short-lived since the Forresters always seem to win in every situation. One fan whose name is Kathy Shaw Teate commented on Facebook on the official page of The Bold and The Beautiful and said:

The Bold and The Beautiful: Why did Carter take over Forrester Creations?

Carter's takeover of Forrester Creations was a well-planned legal maneuver. He leveraged his position as the COO and the company's trusted lawyer; he strategically tricked Ridge and Steffy into signing the paperwork that granted him managerial control over the company's LLC.

This move blindsided the Forrester family, who relied on Carter's loyalty for years. Despite accusations of betrayal, his actions were technically within the bounds of law, leaving the family with limited recourse to challenge the newfound authority.

Carter's motives were deeply personal, driven by frustration and ambition. He justified his actions as a way to end favoritism and give justice to Hope and Brooke. Cater's feelings for Hope played a significant part in seizing control of Forrester Creations. He did it to protect her and empower the Logans within the company.

He claims his actions are for the greater good, but his drastic measures reveal a deep resentment. It shows his longing to prove himself in a family-dominated enterprise. In the December 6, 2024 episode, Ridge and Eric fired Carter, but he informed them that he would be calling the shots from now on and would not leave.

Ridge hired Justin as their lawyer to overthrow the coup, however, Justin informed them that Carter's move was legal. Eric ordered Carter to leave the building but Carter took over the CEO's desk to show them that he was the one in authority now.

While Carter's legal maneuvering and Hope's ambitions have given them temporary control, the Forresters might find a way to reclaim their rightful place.
