The Young and the Restless star Eric Braeden returned to his home burned down by the LA wildfires. Entertainment Tonight (ET) covered his recent emotional visit, and a video was posted on the media house's Facebook page. Braeden had previously posted a video of the Pacific Palisades fires raging behind his home, expressing his intention to evacuate.

Two days later, the sight of his house transformed into ruins made him tearful. In his latest visit, he was accompanied by two people, including the ET journalist, who posed questions to the actor.

1.08 minutes into the video, Braeden was seen expressing his pain after spending 45 years in the house when he exclaimed:

"I don't think it would hit me this much, man."

Braeden went on to explain the different parts of the property while referring to events from the past in the 8.41-minute-long video. He also specified:

"All the memories. I don't want my family to see this."

He also emphasized how television coverage does not prepare one for reality.

"Boy, I've just seen a lot of coverage on television over the last few days and never imagine this."

The video showing Eric Braeden's revisit to his ruined house was reposted in many fan groups on social media. The soap's fans were found to express their sorrow and reassure the veteran actor.

On the personal side, he accepted Cole Howard as his daughter Victoria's partner. Recently on The Young and the Restless, he asked Cole to join the publishing department of Newman Enterprises. He also reached out to Chelsea, the former wife of his other son, Adam Newman. He invited Chelsea to reunite with Adam and become part of the Newman family.

On the other hand, he was shown helping his son, Nick Newman, with the efforts to solve Sharon's complicated story arc.
