What did General Hospital fame Steve Burton's Hot Sauce video show?
On October 23, 2024, Steve Burton's partner, Michelle Lundstrom, uploaded a video of the duo taking the famed "Hot Sawce Challenge." While the challenge has been around for a few years now, watching celebrities take it up adds to its charm.
Burton was seen in the video sitting next to Michelle, both wearing black clothes with food on a table before them. While there were bottles of spicy sauces on the table, with the labels visible on the camera, the General Hospital actor declared he did not like hot sauce. Michelle responded by informing the audience that they were "mild sauce lovers."
They started the challenge by eating chicken wings dipped in habanero mango pepper sauce, followed by fire-roasted garlic and habanero pepper sauce. They claimed to like the first one but sipped milk to soothe their palate. Burton exclaimed that he last remembered having a glass of milk in 1988.
However, after the second sauce tasting, Burton was seen sweating while Michelle fanned her mouth, claiming to feel like a dragon. The couple next tried the ghost pepper sauce. While Michelle made painful noises, Burton laughed but kept going.
For the final round, the duo tried the Bhut Jolokia ghost pepper sauce. While Burton claimed it was hot, Michelle said that they were dead.
They asked each other questions while eating, and Michelle asked Burton about his role on General Hospital. However, when Michelle asked Burton who his favorite co-star was on the soap, the Jason Morgan actor stated that he couldn't feel his tongue.
