Sheila Carter is one of the most well-known villains on The Bold and the Beautiful. Earlier this year, she was revealed to be alive on the soap, sending Los Angeles into a tizzy in the storyline. Her last appearance on the soap was during Halloween when she appeared for the festivities and promptly left viewers' screens again.
However, the character seems to have taken a backseat in the ongoing drama and is living a relatively peaceful life in contrast with her days of scheming and plotting.

Will Sheila return in a prominent role to The Bold and the Beautiful again? Character's storyline explored
Sheila Carter, played by Kimberlin Brown, was presumed to be dead on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2022 when the Forresters assumed that a bear had mauled her. However, the character faked her own death by cutting off a toe to throw the town off her scent.
In early 2024, Steffy Forrester saw someone who looked like Sheila break into her house. Stunned and frightened, Steffy stabbed the intruder multiple times and killed her. She then realized that it might have been Sheila, which prompted her and her husband Finn to hold a funeral and mourn the dead.
However, Sheila was soon revealed to be alive. The woman that Steffy had stabbed and killed was a lookalike of Sheila named Sugar.
Sugar had imprisoned Sheila and kept her tied up while she took over her role as the newest villain in town. After this reveal, Sheila came back home, marrying her now-husband Deacon Sharpe at Il Giardino.
Since then, the character has not featured prominently in any storylines. Initially, fans assumed that Sheila's return to town would spell some trouble for Finn, Steffy and their family. However, she seems to be living a quiet family life with Deacon, with no desire to disrupt anyone else's home anymore.
However, the character might have chances to re-emerge in a bigger role later in the soap's storyline. Fans speculate that Sheila might get involved in some future storyline with Luna Nozawa. Luna is currently in jail for the murder of Tom Starr and Paul, and for kidnapping and torturing Steffy. Since Sheila was close with Tom and Paul, she might take up a grudge against Luna if she breaks out of prison.
