On The Bold and the Beautiful, the love triangle between Ridge Forrester, Brooke Logan, and Taylor Hayes continues to reach new heights. On September 19's episode, Ridge and Taylor engaged in a much-needed long conversation that has fans wondering if their lost love affair is far from over.
Something Ridge has been doing for so long is placing himself between Taylor and Brooke, and it appears to have once again placed him right in the middle. Taylor actually lets him know how she genuinely feels about him. This conversation is in itself going to shake the relationship between Ridge and Brooke, paving the way for more drama in the future.

The time that Taylor spent in Monaco was going to revive the old feeling of being reminded of Ridge. Due to a schedule of an important appointment, Taylor caught herself as a witness to a romantic getaway between Ridge and Brooke.
The scene evoked mixed feelings in Taylor because she shared similar moments with Ridge when they were once together. She only watched from afar, however doing so reminded her of the deep love that still connected her to her ex-husband.
Monaco was a place of lots of sweet and bitter memories for Taylor and Ridge, and it made her realize something she had never allowed herself to realize: her heart still went out to Ridge, no matter what she had done with her life. The emotional setting was enhanced further when she saw them both when Taylor came back to Los Angeles.
She finally confessed to Ridge that her seeing him with Brooke made her realize that a part of her never quite let go of the dream of growing old with him. With her time now in Monaco, the door has opened to a conversation that will make a significant difference in the lives of all three characters.

Was Ridge ready to hear Taylor's confession on The Bold and the Beautiful?
Ridge's response to Taylor's confession was a mixed bag on The Bold and the Beautiful. Their emotional conversation about each other's past and their daughter Phoebe is suddenly permeated with old memories and that's a moment of vulnerability between them.
Ridge cared for Taylor very much, but loyalty to Brooke complicated the situation. Although Ridge did not exactly reject Taylor, he was in no way a unanimous approver of her confession. His reluctance to discuss his envisioned wedding with Brooke and his willingness to prolong his dialogue with Taylor depicted that he was nowhere near making peace with his current situation.

What does this mean for Brooke and Ridge's future on The Bold and the Beautiful?
Taylor's confession may bring about more trouble for Ridge and Brooke's future. Brooke, so far, was confident about her and Ridge's relationship, she felt that she and Ridge were finally at the same ground, but those cracks might come from his unwillingness to finalize the wedding plans, which further led him to be emotionally attached to Taylor.
Ridge has a well-documented history of flip-flopping between Brooke and Taylor, so the return to Los Angeles may reignite old flames for Taylor. Interestingly, Ridge wants Taylor to stay in LA knowing how Brooke might feel about it.
Now Taylor is free at last to hinder Ridge and Brooke's plans toward a future together.
