What are the recent developments in Sasha Corbin's storyline on General Hospital?

In the latest episode of the soap, Sasha Corbin was seen mourning the death of her son Liam when he was taken off life support. She is also pregnant in the storyline. Sasha even lost her temper at Tracy after the Quartermaine nagged her about the way she prepared eggs.

Sasha sought refuge and peace in a church, lighting some candles and praying after the priest left. Sonny saw her in the church and came to offer his sympathies since he remembered that it was the day she lost Liam. He also reassured her by saying that she would get a second chance to be a mother.

After Sonny's departure, Tracy also found Sasha in the church. She apologized for snapping at breakfast, explaining that she did not know it was a difficult day. Sasha accepted the apology but made it clear that she would not cower if she was disrespected. Tracy agreed with her, respecting her decision and determination.

Sidwell took Sasha hostage as leverage against her mother Holly, in the hope that he could get stolen diamonds back from her. Sasha barely made it out of the ordeal alive, being rescued by Jason Morgan moments before a detonator near her went off. What intentions Sidwell has remains to be seen in the upcoming episodes.
