In a September 3, 2024, interview with Soaps.com, The Young and the Restless star Bryton James was asked if his character would have wanted something similar to his father Tucker’s playboy storylines.
While replying, he mentioned he would have done it as per the makers, but more than that, the storyline he wanted to work from his past was the romantic relationship with Roxanne. He mentioned that the writers “could have fleshed out the relationship with Roxanne when Tatyana Ali was on the show.”
