Meanwhile, a toxicology report confirmed that Sharon's bipolar medication was laced with PCP, explaining her erratic behavior and hallucinations. Her family, especially Nick, decided to find out who was messing with her. Ian and Jordan received news that the PCP tampering had been discovered and feared their schemes might be exposed.
Tuesday, December 10: A New Development
Abby and Devon returned from their honeymoon and shared some time with their son and Ashley. Ashley updated them about the developments in Sharon's case and revealed her fears to them.
Nate and Audra grew closer to each other while investigating leads about Nate's half-brother Damian. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Daniel had a conversation about Sharon being drugged. Though Daniel seemed to reconsider, Phyllis was determined that Sharon was acting out another ruse to escape punishment. However, by the end of the episode, Phyllis begins to consider the possibility that it might not be Sharon who crashed into her.
Wednesday, December 11: Business Calls
Sharon suggested that she should undergo hypnosis to reconstruct the events on the night of Heather's murder. Meanwhile, Nick and Victor remained concerned about Sharon's case and how it would affect their involvement at Newman Enterprises.
Victor also tried to deal with the loss that Jack dealt him, while Billy confronted his brother, upset at being excluded from the knowledge of Jack and Diane's plans. Billy also spoke to Diane about how she managed to secure their company Glissade from Victor.
Thursday, December 12: Rivalries Abound
Lily approached Abby and Devon and decided to take a position at the Winters company to regroup from the betrayal that Victor and Billy had put her through. Meanwhile, Nate and Audra seemed to grow closer, though they downplayed the relationship with their respective families.
Victor noticed his granddaughter Claire's closeness with Kyle and warned her to stay away from him. He also stated that she would need to choose between him and the Newmans one day, and she should be ready to prove her loyalty.
Friday, December 13: Old Habits
The episode focused on Phyllis' frustration after the Heather case, especially her broken friendship with Michael. Michael also tried to make Phyllis understand his perspective of balancing friendships and justice, but it only deepened the rift between them.
