3 major developments to expect on The Young and The Restless from January 27, 2025, to January 31, 2025

1) Victor Newman's plans to take on Ian Ward

Recently, Claire, Victoria, and Nikki Newman were shown planning to ambush Jordan Howard in the Newman ranch. Their plan succeeded but did not involve Victor. Victor only found out about their schemes after Jordan showed up. He felt betrayed that his family members, who he strives to protect from every adversary, did not share this information with him.

In the upcoming episodes of The Young and The Restless, Victor will find out some vital information and secrets regarding Ian Ward and his schemes to harm the Newman legacy. He will immediately start planning to make sure he does not harm his family members. Victor also tries to make sure that Ian is captured for good so that he is unable to disrupt the lives of Genoa City residents.

2) Mariah Copeland's apprehension regarding Tessa's well-being in Genoa City

Mariah Copeland on The Young and The Restless had been wary of Ian's tricks and Tessa's naivety to believe him for his word and try to involve herself in his plans without understanding the consequences of her actions. Mariah had warned Tessa to stay away from Ian and felt betrayed when despite her warnings, Tessa decided to believe Ian's lies.

The upcoming episodes will show Tessa behaving unnaturally with erratic mood swings and secretive behavior and eventually disappearing and not answering her phone which causes Mariah to feel concerned. Mariah will try to unravel the truth behind Tessa's actions and will find out some unknown information about her which might potentially affect their relationship.

3) Sally Spectra's efforts to impress Billy Abbott

In the upcoming episodes of The Young and The Restless, Sally Spectra will go out of her way to try to impress Billy Abbott. In addition to decorating and designing his house in a way that he loves and appreciates, she will also try to sway him with her new business model ideas.

Viewers are yet to find out the motive behind Sally's sudden efforts but the plot hints that it could be because she wants to make a place for herself in the competitive business world using Billy Abbott's assistance.
