Bill Spencer first shared a father-daughter dynamic with Luna. A paternity test initially even disclosed that he was her father, reinforcing the bond between the two. However, the test was actually falsified, with Tom Starr being Luna's real birth father.

What was Luna arrested for on the soap?

Luna was arrested on the charges of a double murder on The Bold and the Beautiful. She was responsible for killing Tom Starr and Paul Hollis and also for the kidnapping and torture of Steffy Forrester.

Luna's enmity with Tom began when he confronted her mother, Poppy, who was at Il Giardino. Tom informed Poppy that he, not Bill, was Luna's father.
