What is going on between Carly and Willow on General Hospital?

Willow entered a marriage of convenience with Micheal, Carly's son, on May 12, 2020. This marriage was later annulled on January 25, 2021. Even after separating, Micheal and Willow's bond remained the same and they fell in love and married on April 27, 2023.
