Brick made his first appearance on the soap in 2016. He was introduced in connection to Sonny Corinthos Jr. and joined him on many of his missions. He helped Sonny trace a mysterious phone call from Russia in 2017. This eventually led to Jason Morgan being found as Patient Six, and that he was back from the dead.
In 2019, Brick helped Sonny track down Dante Falconeri and gain information on Cyrus Renault. Brick even met and confronted Julian Jerome about the bomb he set off that killed Dev.
When Sonny was presumed dead in 2021, Brick also helped Jason and Carly manage his mob business, get to a safe house, and try to command all operations. After Sonny's return, the two continued to work together.
In 2023, Brick was tasked with locating an unknown person who tried to assassinate Sonny. Even though he was unable to find the would-be murderer, Sonny still gave Brick trustworthy responsibilities. For a few episodes, he was the head of moving explosives through Port Charles via the mob.
In 2024, the character's most recent storyline involved Jordan Ashford, as she asked him to help with an investigation of her own.
