Danny Romalotti, played by Michael Damian, is to appear in The Bold and the Beautiful soon to celebrate the Forresters' latest collection. While the plot teased his appearance on the soap, fans know Danny as a character from the sister soap, The Young and the Restless. The episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, which aired on August 13, 2024, gave the soap's viewers the first glimpse of Danny's presence in Los Angeles after Donna mentioned his name. The atmosphere at the Forrester Estate was that of jubilation, where Donna was shown, preening herself in front of a mirror while fawning over Danny Romalotti's upcoming performance.
The next scene cuts to a knock on the door answered by Brooke and Ridge. Danny and Christine were seen entering the house. Donna squeaked at the sight of them. The fangirl Donna even professed love for the rockstar when he greeted Eric and her. Eric thanked Danny for making time, despite his busy schedule with the musical tour.
The episode further presented the usual guest and fan reactions when Danny was seen posing with the Logans and Donna for photographs. Also, they were heard praising each other for their successes.

Brooke explained the Forresters want the latest collection to stay with the buyers and they won't want to employ Danny's celebrity image to help them. Who is Danny Romalotti of the soap world?
Danny Romalotti, who was recently seen on The Bold and the Beautiful, was introduced on its sister show, The Young and the Restless. Portrayed by Michael Damian, Danny debuted on Y&R in 1981 as a 16-year-old rockstar in Genoa City. With friends like Traci Abbott, Lauren Fenmore, Amy Lewis, and his sister, Gina Roma, his group performed on stages in the city and on tours.
In 1987, his estranged father, Brian Romalotti, arrived in the city, renamed Rex Sterling, and transformed into a good person. Soon, Rex developed a good relationship with Danny and Gina. Danny developed a close friendship with Cricket Blair, or as she was later called Christine. They married in 1990 but divorced in 1994 because of Danny's extensive tours and Phyllis's scheming.
Danny was forced to marry Phyllis after she manipulated him into getting her pregnant. However, after divorcing her in 1996, he remarried her because of their son, Daniel's ill health. After learning that Daniel was not his biological son, Danny divorced Phyllis again, but Christine, his attorney, helped him win Daniel's custody.
Over the years, Danny made repeated trips to Genoa City while he started living in Malibu, California. His relationship with Daniel Jr. also became strained while Christine remained his friend and attorney. With Danny, Christine seems to have made a crossover to The Bold and the Beautiful.
