Who plays Molly Lansing on General Hospital?
The character of Molly Lansing has been recast multiple times on General Hospital, with actress Kristen Vaganos currently playing the role since 2023.
Molly was introduced on the show in 2005 as a child, but the writers quickly aged her up into a teen in 2009 and cast actress Haley Pullos in the role. She was the most prominent face associated with the character as Molly grew up into an adult. However, her stint came to a rough end in 2023 when Pullos was arrested and sentenced to jail for her involvement in a car accident.
In June 2023, Mia Kriegel took on the role. But in July of the same year, the character was recast with actress Brooke Ann Smith. Unfortunately, she faced much backlash from fans of the show for playing a role that was much younger than her actual age.
After this, Kristen Vaganos took on the role of Molly in September 2023. Even though she is a newcomer to the world of daily soaps, she has continued to play the character to date.
