Tom Arnold's guest appearance on The Bold and the Beautiful begins when Ridge and Brooke arrive at the airport. The pilot Deuce greets them here and asks for their passports. They do what is needed and then wait for Steffy, who is nowhere to be seen.
Ridge asks the pilot if they can wait for Steffy, but he says that they need to take off as soon as possible. However, Steffy forgets her passport at Forrester Creations accidentally. Hope sees it but does not give the passport to Steffy. As Ridge texts her and Steffy searches for the passport, the episode ends with whether she will board the plane.
In an interview for Celebrating the Soaps, Tom Arnold spoke about his cameo on The Bold and the Beautiful, where he was full of praise for the executive producer Bradley Bell and narrated his experience on the sets of the soap.
"They’re such a well-oiled machine ... They shoot a lot and do a lot and you can tell these people have worked together a long time. Brad’s very talented, and he’s got a very talented crew. And the actors are excellent."

Tom Arnold is an American actor and comedian, who started his career in the 1980s with comedy routines that made him popular. He featured on the show Roseanne, and later married the lead actress of the show, Roseanne Barr. Later, the couple divorced in 1994 after co-running a restaurant together.
