"Where the heck is RJ?"—The Bold and The Beautiful fans wonder about RJ's absence during the Forrester Creations fiasco

CBS's The Bold and The Beautiful, which first premiered in 1987, has been one of the longest-running American soap operas. It is set in Los Angeles and centered around mainly the Forresters, the Logans, and the Spencers. RJ's character on the show is the son of Brooke Logan and Ridge Forrester. The character is portrayed by Joshua Hoffman, who works as a designer and has a romantic relationship with Luna Nozawa.

Forrester Creations, the fashion empire created by the Forresters on The Bold and The Beautiful, was recently in a lot of trouble with Brooke suddenly assuming the position of CEO after a coup by Hope and Carter. Throughout this logistical struggle which included Hope Logan's firing, RJ's character was absent from the show. Fans took to Facebook to voice their opinions about the storyline. One fan called Beatrice Griffin asked:

"Where the heck is RJ???"

Fans were disappointed when he did not feature during the Christmas episode as well. Many expressed their desire to see him during upcoming episodes and his character being integrated into the storyline.

RJ's character on The Bold and The Beautiful

RJ is the only child of Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan on The Bold and The Beautiful and was born in 2004. He has four half-siblings from his mother's side and three from his father's side. His occupation is shown to be that of an influencer and he stays away from the feuds and drama between the Forresters and Logans.

He declined a job offer from his father Ridge at Forrester Creations, as he wanted to be independent and make it in his name without using his powerful family connections. He also helped his grandfather Eric Forrester design a whole line of clothes which he was unable to do owing to his arthritis. This is where he met his love interest Luna, who was working as Eric's assistant. RJ's character is played by actor Joshua Hoffman.

Recent plotlines on The Bold and The Beautiful

Recent storylines on The Bold and The Beautiful showed how Electra inadvertently chanced upon her stalker, finding out that her good friend Remy Pryce has been stalking her for years. Brooke becoming the CEO at Forrester Creations caused tensions and Eric, Ridge, and Steffy were shown trying to regain control over the company's administration.

Luna was shown trying to scheme against Brooke while Carter and Hope were supportive of each other's decisions at Forrester Creations. Taylor Hayes and Ridge Forrester might potentially rekindle their romance. In recent episodes, they were shown spending time together. Upcoming episodes of The Bold and The Beautiful will shed further light on these plotlines.
