Abby Newman has had a long, complicated love life throughout The Young and the Restless. Aside from her marriage to Dr. Ben Ryburn and Chance Chancellor, she's also been involved with many other people throughout her life.

As a teenager, Abby fell for Ryan Callahan, who worked at Crimson Lights. Later, when she was Daniel Romalotti's girlfriend, she went through an exhibitionist phase where she would perform publicity stunts to draw attention to herself and whatever social cause she was invested in.

One such incident involved her riding a horse, naked, through the Genoa City Atlantic Club, which was videotaped by Daniel and earned her the nickname "The Naked Heiress".

Abby would then date Carmine Basco until he began an affair with Lauren and ended things with her. Abby was also romantically involved with Detective Alex Chavez.

Abby would subsequently begin an affair with Noah Newman's nephew, Tyler Michaelson, and the two got serious and considered a committed relationship. However, Abby eventually ended things once Tyler could not let go of Mariah Copelan, his ex.
