Alexis Davis in General Hospital is a character who was introduced back in September 1996. She's been portrayed by Nancy Lee Grahn for most of her appearances, with other actors briefly taking over the role in 2001-2002, 2006, 2021, and 2022.

The character recently got into hot water in General Hospital's September 5, 2024, episode, where she tried to dispose of evidence that may have implicated her daughter, Kristina, in Jagger Cates's murder.

While Sonny was the one who killed him, Alexis feared that a gun in Kristina's possession could implicate her in the murder, causing her to throw it into the river. This, however, put her in the crosshairs of Ric Lansing, who witnessed her dispose of the gun alongside Elizabeth Webber. When reporting this to the police, Lansing further mentioned that Alexis had killed someone before.

Kiefer Bauer was a short-lived character on General Hospital who first appeared on June 2, 2009, and met his end on June 10, 2010.

Kiefer had been abusive to Kristina since his debut, having gotten into a fight with her brother, Michael Corinthos, in his debut month. In July, he also proved to be an unfaithful lech when he flirted with an older woman while still dating Kristina.

Kiefer proved to be an enabler of Kristina's questionable actions, such as when she ran her stepmom, Claudia Zacchara, off the road, causing the latter to suffer a miscarriage. Kiefer covered her tracks in that incident, ensuring she wasn't held accountable. Kiefer also drove a wedge between her and her father, Sonny, by bad-mouthing him and comforting her after she got into arguments with her father.

Kiefer's possessiveness took a dark turn during June 2010's run of General Hospital, where Kristina developed feelings for Ethan Lovett and tried to leave Kiefer for him. Kiefer became physically violent and beat Kristina up. Kristina then falsely accused Ethan of being the abuser to protect Kiefer from Sonny's retaliation. However, Sonny's enforcer, Jason Morgan, didn't buy her story and worked with Detective Dante Falconeri and Lucky Spencer to keep investigating.

Feeling the walls closing in, Kiefer pressured Kristina to reinstate her charge against Ethan, and when she refused, he assaulted her once again. Kristina was subsequently taken by her mother, Alexis, to the hospital. On her way there, Alexis ran Kiefer over. Molly Lansing and Sam McCall discovered his body, and he died shortly after being admitted to the hospital himself.

Alexis was not prosecuted for this crime, leading to Kiefer's father, Warren Bauer, developing a vendetta against her. He made continued efforts to get Alex criminally prosecuted for Kiefer's death, with his vengefulness escalating until he went on a shooting spree inside General Hospital and was shot dead by Mac Scorpio in retaliation.
